PS 39 School Sponsor Program EXPLANATION

PS 39 is one of the oldest public schools in NYC. Built in 1875, the school has served the neighborhood for nearly 7 generations. To help us continue to be the best school it can be, we are asking local merchants, vendors and service providers to donate 10% to 15 % of sales from PS 39 families back to the school.

In exchange, PS 39 will:

Feature the business in the school’s weekly Wednesday Bulletin (delivered to all 340 children)

Place the company’s logo or other service mark with a link to the business’s web site on the PS 39 web site

Announce the sponsorship through PS 39’s Yahoo list serve.

Give each business access to many new customers when they collect the shopper’s home and e-mail addresses

Each sponsorship will last one month, but can renewed if desired.

The 2008-2009PS 39 School Sponsor Program Sample Agreement

___________ agrees to participate in the PS 39 School Sponsor Program and
will donate _15_% of the total pre-tax sales for the month of ______ 2009 (with a cap of
$500) back to the PS 39 Parent Association, Inc. We understand that only family members whose children attend PS 39 will be able to present one of the green official green coupons to our store.

At the end of the selected month, someone from the PS 39 Parent Association, Inc,will come to
our store at which time we will add all of the purchases listed on the collected coupons. We will
then write a check to PS 39 Parent Association for 15% of the total of all the coupons
collected.

In exchange, PS 39 will:

Place the company’s logo or other service mark (if available) and contact information with a link to the business’s web site on the PS 39 web site

Announce the sponsorship through PS 39’s Yahoo list serve.
